Power is sized from the total of sound, lighting, LED screen and backstage loads, with diversity and a safety margin applied.

Twinpack generator system
Two engines on one chassis for 100% redundant power. Even if one engine has a problem, the other keeps carrying the load; for live broadcasts, concerts and critical events.
Synchronised generator group
Several generators run in parallel to form a single, powerful grid. Provides power scalable to megawatt level and n+1 redundancy for festivals and large events.
Canopied (super-silent) generator
About 65–70 dB(A) at 7 metres with a super-silent canopy. Correctly positioned, it goes unnoticed in the audience area; for events near homes or close to indoor spaces.

How is the generator rental price determined?
The rental cost depends on power (kVA), rental period, fuel, transport, installation and cabling, and keeping a technician on site. Our quote itemises the scope. For an exact quote, just share the event date, address and technical load information.
How many kVA generator does my event need?
Sound, lighting, LED screen, control room and backstage loads are added up; the kVA figure is found by applying diversity and a 20–25% safety margin. We do this calculation for you during the survey.
Are installation and cabling included in the rental?
Yes. Cabling from the main distribution board to the end-of-line socket boxes, earthing and installation are within our scope of service.
Will generator noise disturb the event?
Our rental generators have super-silent canopies and run at about 65–70 dB(A) at 7 metres. Correctly positioned, they go unnoticed in the audience area.
